What kinds of companies do I work with?I typically work with fast-growing B2B, enterprise-facing SaaS organizations. My clients have proven product/market fit, they are making investments in marketing, they may even have a 'Head of Marketing' leading the charge. But they are looking for repeatability, predictability, measurability at scale.

Do you work with B2C companies?Not generally. Almost all of my experience has been supporting companies that are B2B.

Can we work with you on Messaging/Positioning/Content or Brand?I can work on Messaging and Positioning, but generally bring in a colleague who specializes in this area. Contact me if you are interested in a Messaging/Positioning engagement.

How much lead time do you need?My basic offering is available on demand, and once I have received payment, we can schedule the 1 hour consultation, usually within a few weeks. My workshop requires considerable discovery and takes 3-4 weeks to gather the necessary information, learn about your business, lock down the right inputs for the model, and draft a first version of the plan. Because of this, there is a limit to how many of these engagements I take on at once, and generally schedule 2 or 3 months out.

Will you consult on an hourly basis?My basic offering includes a 1-hour consultation, otherwise, I do not. I sometimes work directly with CEOs on marketing strategy and/or Executive communication and will contract on retainer for specific initiatives. Contact me if this is of interest.

How much do you charge to speak?My speaking fees depend on the nature of the event, the length of the presentation, the size of the audience. Contact me and we can discuss.

What if we don't have any marketers on our team yet?Unless you are in the midst of hiring at least a few marketing generalists, it is probably premature to work with me. I can help you build the plan, but you will need designated resources to execute.
